To install RASVBX:
=================
1. Unzip all files onto disk.
2. Copy RASVBX.HLP to your \WINDOWS directory
3. Copy RASVBX.VBX to your \WINDOWS\SYSTEM directory
4. Copy the sample files(RASVBX.BAS and RASVBX.FRM) to
   a directory of your choice.
